TV Chef and bestselling author Rachel Khoo, well known for Little Paris Kitchen and Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook, will be the star attraction at this years Garlic Festival. Rachel will be cooking in the food theatre and signing books as part of Sunday’s line up. This years expanded theatre kitchen will feature demonstrations all weekend from talented chefs and local foodie experts, showcasing the best in local produce. Colin and Natasha Boswell from The Garlic Farm will be hosting demonstrations on both days, along with Anna Sacchini, chef and proprietor of Michelangelo’s in Ryde. Rachel Khoo says “Im really excited to be appearing at the legendary Isle of Wight Garlic Festival. Ive heard so much about it and the Isle of Wight is well known as a great food producing region. Im really looking forward to a real foodie weekend”
2015 Garlic Festival tickets are available on the gate. 2015 show dates 15th & 16th August.
