Chef Joe Morris from RibHaus, who originates from the Island is bringing his take on the classic American street food with influences from Korean and Japanese kitchens to the Sandanvian inspired Little Gloster in Gurnard. Spend the day in the garden overlooking the sea, and enjoy the tastes and smells as the chefs cook up a storm.
The menu includes:
Burger – Umami Ninja – The is the burger they competed with at the Stockholm burger championship. Burger, cheese, shiitake/soy mayo and sesame-pickled red onion.
Wings – Go-Buffalo – Wings in a gochujang/cayenne pepper sauce – Korea meets Buffalo, N.Y.
Fries – Okonomi Fries – Fries, MSG mayo, okonomi sauce, nori (seaweed) powder and katsuobushi (dried/fermented/smoked fish)
