Opened in 2016, Arty Shakes has already gained a firm spot on the favourite places to go with the kids in tow. Think homemade Belgian waffles, delicious ice cream sundaes or your favourite chocolate bar, biscuit or sweet turned into a milkshake and you are halfway there. Add in the fact that you can get as messy as you like whilst painting your own pottery or wooden piece to keep, such as jewellery boxes, teapots and money tins and you have the makings of some great memories. Adults are also catered for with adult evenings where you can paint to your hearts delight, it’s even BYO! Toasties are on offer with a range of tasty fillings and many gluten-free options are available If you are holidaying on the Island, paint your pottery early in the week to enable you to collect your finished pottery at the end of your holiday. If you don’t have time to make it back, Arty Shakes will arrange to post your pottery home to you. Booking is advisable, call 01983 716580
