Bluebells at Briddlesford, named after the favourite family in the Guernsey herd, is a farm café and education facility and the hub of the Briddlesford farm activity. Open seven days a week with hearty breakfasts and coffee and cake served from 9:00am, farmhouse lunches from midday until 4:00pm, and afternoon tea until 5:00pm. On select Saturday evenings, the café is open for supper from 6:30pm.

The menu is focused on quality fresh seasonal food from the Island’s farmers and growers, expertly prepared by the team of talented chefs. Briddlesford rose veal and dairy products feature in a number of signature dishes, including the house schnitzel, homemade pies, Halloumi burgers and ‘Briddlesford mess’ dessert. Live music nights featuring the best of the local music scene as well as the resident band ‘The Herd’.
