Rich started making cheese at the dairy in Queen Bower in October 2006. The aim of the Isle of Wight Cheese Company was to create a variety of small scale handmade cheeses for the Island.
Shortly afterwards they started winning awards, and in November 2017 they completed on the purchase of Queen Bower Dairy after the dairy farmer retired. They now have 60 cows in the herd and they are a mixture of Guernsey and Jersey breeds.
