Isle of Wight Meat Co. raise their livestock at Cheverton Farm to the highest welfare standards. A supply chain that is transparent and equitable (from farm to fridge) and a slow, nose-to-tail approach to ageing and butchery. You don’t have to eat meat every day, and as a result, our health and environment will benefit, so eat a little less, but more importantly, eat better. The majority of their stock is from Cheverton Farm, but they do work with other Island farms to offer a wider range of breeds and products. They are currently focused on beef and lamb production, although they’ve recently introduced some pigs to the farm and will soon be able to supply a full range of pork products. Order cuts online from their website.
