The third annual Boathouse bake-off takes place on Saturday 21st April and open to all, whether you are a complete novice or could give Mary Berry a run for her money.
New for 2018, The Boathouse will be hosting two classes with one for under 14s. All bakes are welcome, from flapjacks to scones and Victoria sponges to shortbread. The judges for 2018 will be Ray Redrup, master baker from Graces Bakery, Sue Biss, Head of the Isle of Wight Women’s Institute and David Etchell-Johnson, The Boathouse head chef.
All entries must be in by 10am ready for judging at 10.30am. Prizes include a Boathouse Bake-off trophy and vouchers.
