It would have to be an Island ‘Bloody Mary’ made with the Isle of Wight Distillery Rock Sea Salt Vodka, Isle of Wight Tomato Juice and touch of Isle of Wight Garlic.
What is your favourite dish you cook using Isle of Wight Tomatoes?
A simple tomato tart using puff pastry, a selection of heritage tomato varieties, sliced and layered on to the pastry base and topped with Isle of Wight Cheese Company Blue Slipper. Served with a simple green salad.
Where is your favourite place for a cuppa and a slice of something nice?
It would have to be Quarr Abbey, such an amazing spot.
What is your favourite event on the Island?
That’s really difficult to answer as there are so many great events but I particularly enjoy Cowes Week.
