Mermaid Gin launches rebranded bottle… 2048 1448 The Editor

Your favourite gin has got a new look!  Mermaid Gin will appear on shelfs and bars near you with a stylish new bottle from mid-March. The most popular spirit from The Isle of Wight Distillery, Mermaid Gin first launched three and half years ago. It has gone from strength to (Navy!) strength since, picking up several awards along the way.

MERMAID GIN_GIN & TONICThe stunning sculpted bottle is the result of a year-long redesign project headed up by Distillery founders Xavier Baker and Conrad Gauntlett. The rebranded bottle represents the sea, mermaids and the marine environment on the Isle of Wight – it is also 100% plastic free, something that was hard to achieve but important to the creators, where many manufacturers still use single use plastic in the process. The team at the Distillery will also be running a refill scheme soon too, with more details to follow.

Inside the bottle is still the delicious Mermaid Gin we know and love , distilled and bottled here on the Isle of Wight. As always, it is the same small batch gin, hand-crafted using 10 ethically sourced botanicals, including rock samphire foraged from Island cliffs.
