Mulled White Wine
- 2 bottles White Wine (Medium-Dry)
- 500 ml Light Cider
- 150 ml Elderflower Cordial
- Zest of two Lemons
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- 4-5 tbsp Caster Sugar
- Place all the ingredients into a pan and heat until steaming (not boiling).
- Ladle into mugs whilst keeping the rest on a warming heat. Enjoy!
